Need ID help on my new haul please

Hey guys,

I got a call today from a guy who said his friend is selling his wheelhorse with a twin onan in it with 48 inch deck and tow behind trac vac unit with 5 hp briggs. So of course I had to go and take a peak. I ended up buying it for short money and it is in good shape but needs a muffler (which I have a nos spare) and the general clean up and tune up. It was repainted and all the decals have been removed by po however he gave me the manual for it and that has some spec numbers on it that I was unable to find off the toro and partstree sites.

The model number is 31160803

Serial Number 1030045

It has an onan P216G with serial number K903743305

I know is is a Toro Wheel horse and an 8 speed. I would believe it is an early 90's 416-8. Too dark for pics but I will get them up tomorrow. thanks-
