Rideawaysenior 25 #7 Posted February 21, 2010 I'm with Randy on that one. I bought a supposed NOS pump only to find out that the seller really meant Not Operational and Shot. I ended up rebuilding it with the help of a friend who owns a hydraulic repair shop. wh500special 2,160 #10 Posted February 21, 2010 Rebuilding the internals is not terribly difficult, but sourcing parts can be pricey and hit-and-miss on availability....mostly miss. Your hydro system is a Sundstrand Piston-Piston system. We've discussed rebuilds here on RS many times so a search of the forums should give you some information if you're willing to hunt a little. personally, I'd just look for a working, used pump or a complete parts tractor. You're going to find more things on this freebie D that you're going to need anyway so having a parts machine around will have some utility. Steve Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
