chesbaycruiser 83 #27 Posted February 21, 2010 Iggy, I think you struck upon the perfect idea, except I believe Rick should load a tractor-trailer with a selection of his collection (I did say only ONE truck, after all) and go on tour. I volunteer to be a roadie! B)
bowtieguy 334 #28 Posted February 21, 2010 Rick, you just saved me 1000 bucks.....that's what it usually costs me to fly to Arendtsville, PA to see all them pretty red tractors......now I'll just hitch a ride with Tom and we'll stop by Larry in MO and look at all his restored Horses, then slip on down the road to Rick's place and look at this shiny red tractor with all that chrome and then we can stop and eat at Charlie's on the way home..(I'll buy dinner). Dwammmm...life it good, isn't it! PS: did I forget to say "Nice tractor, Rick"? :hbd:

nylyon-(Admin) 7,355 #35 Posted February 21, 2010 Rick, I was just thinking (yeah I know very dangerous indeed). When you get the LSE home and all the dust off get some really nice pictures of it for the gallery and if you have your other NOS tractors, maybe a family shot. I think that all the NOS tractors in one picture would make for an excellent 2011 Calendar entry.
kajamo240 3 #36 Posted February 21, 2010 You know rickv, I hate the fact that you are hogging all of these nice tractors. However, I love the fact that they are going to not only going to a good home, but to a great home! Seems you take real good care of those old horses! Congrats on the new purchase! If you ever need to get any of these off of your hands and are in the midwest, pm me! B)

Rideawaysenior 25 #41 Posted February 21, 2010 Hey Rick, do you have a bed in that Horse museum of yours? I have 1/3 of what you have and nothing I've got even comes close to looking as nice as the units you have. My wife tells me often enough that if I come home with any more that I'm going to need to be sure that there is room for me to sleep out there with them. Jack Oh, like all the others have mentioned, Nice score on the 420LSE.

ArnoldZiffel 0 #43 Posted February 21, 2010 Not that you will be "using" this tractor, but I'm curious: In that this is a NOS machine, in dealer inventory, would the Wheel Horse factory warranty start with your purchase ?
rickv1957 72 #44 Posted February 21, 2010 B) Thats a good question!,Rick
Jim_M 178 #45 Posted February 21, 2010 Hey Rick, Stop by on your way home and we'll see if we can send you home with a second NOS 420. That ought to get the wife excited. Jim
