TT-(Moderator) 1,145 #2 Posted February 14, 2010 Brilliant! Sometimes function is much more important than form! I plowed snow one entire winter with two (stacked) 2" X 8" X 40" planks bolted across the front of a tractor.
pumper.atv 26 #3 Posted February 14, 2010 hey it saves money compared to buyin a blade (can't complain for less than $1.00 stuck in it) B)
C-Series14 15 #4 Posted February 14, 2010 My first time plowing was about the same as TT's. A C-160 8-Speed with a 2x6 that I fabbed into the front tach-a-matic and a rope up over the hood to raise it! It worked great! If I knew then what I know now..... pumper.atv 26 #11 Posted February 17, 2010 actually the edge was a milled piece that was intended to be a swoard when my uncle was in school but it was laying around so i used it but i don't think that i can reverse it and ya i needed $1.00 worth of bolts

Brrly1 1,146 #14 Posted February 17, 2010 Catman, that is also a good looking blade, probably cost a bit more. I am sure that will get the job done. I wanna bet that you have used it quite a bit over there in that area because I know that Iowa has had at least 60" + this year. So my money says you have been busy.
