Going to make a C-200!

I picked up a low hour Onan that is out of a 520H for a song and a dance! The tractor had just over 500 hours when the transmission crapped out. The PO parted out the rest of the tractor and kept the engine to use at a later date (which he never did). It's complete except for the PTO. I'm either going to put it on the C-81 or the C-125. The crankshaft on the Onan is 1 1/8". I think the Kohler K181 is 1". What size is the K301? Does anyone have a PTO setup for a 1 1/8" shaft? I also need the engine mounting plate, part number 113875.

Either mounting it in the C-81 or the C-125, should make for one beastly machine

I have a clutch drum, sheave thingy and disc that needs to be relined that I can send to you.

The K301 has a 1 1/8 pto. I would personally put the onan on the C-81 since you already have it rigged up with reduction steering etc.

I have the mounting plate, it's on a 520 HC with a blown motor. I don't need it It'll never have another Onan on it.

Thanks for all the input. I figured there are a few things that I will have to change to make it work. Charlie I think I am going to leave it on the C-81. I really like the look of the loader on there. I was never that fond of the black hoods anyway .

I found this on CL up in Woodstock. The guy also had the wheel weights (Filled Plastic) from the 520. Got those too.

After a few hours of research, I have it narrowed down to either an 1988 or 1989 520H that this came from. Those are the only two years that used the spec number 10540. The 88 had an "A" and the 89 had a "B" at the end of the spec. number and of course I can't make it out (Faded). I'm pretty sure the wiring is the same as the 89 manual is unavailable.

I printed out the wiring schematics from the 1988 520H and the C-81. With them side by side I have come up with a new schematic that incorporates the new Onan engine harness with the C-81's original harness. I just need to come up with an indicator light module and some of the dash lights etc. to finish it all off.

That's what I meant Rather then swap the axle and all of the other stuff to the C-125.
