We have used it on several 1054's for floorboards and elsewhere on the tractors. n Two of them with it on them have been used this winter with 54 inch wheel horse snowplows to keep the driveways cleaned and slipping on the floorboard is the least of your worries!

Our 1965 1054-A Tractor from Tornoto, Canada got the floor diamond plate (this

is the tractor picture vinylguy used for making 1054 posters):

Here is another 1054 we bought last summer in Tipton, Indiana that has the diamond plate on the floorboards:

Here it is on the rear tool box/fenderpan of a 1964 1054:

Here are some more photos of the floorboards:

My 414-8 has aluminum diamond plate which is bolted to the running boards. It really isn't slippery at all.

Another alternative is to use rubber diamond plate. The photo below shows it with a yellow tape measure located on the running board.

Wal-Mart and several other stores carry this rubber with pre-glued backing on it for use as a tread material.

You should be able to find it in the auto supplies area.

We cut up two pieces to fit on one of our 1054's.

The rubber material shows wear more than the metal diamond plate and we did not rivet it on.

As others have said the metal diamond plate is really not slippery when wet.
