forphase1 5 #1 Posted February 2, 2010 Alright. I'm working on restoring that '75 C-160 Auto that I got last week, and I've got a question that I can't find the answer to. What was used to connect the hydraulic linkage to the hitch/implements on the back? Currently there is a small wire that the previous owner must have ran between the parts, but it certainly doesn't look factory! I can't find what was used, though I am assuming it was a cable...but I could be wrong. So my question is what was used to for that connection? Thanks! Dresden Guy 24 #3 Posted February 2, 2010 Forphase, I am sending a PDF file that gives the detail for lifting a tiller, or other attachments for the C-160. I got this manual off the Yahoo Group for WH. Here is the Manual for a 1975 tiller and how it is attached. It shows the cable assembly. Hope this helps. Let me know how you get along on your restore. I haven't even had a chance to try and start my C-160 yet.
Dresden Guy 24 #4 Posted February 2, 2010 The PDF didn't get included -the PDF file is 1,401 KB. It's too large for attaching - sorry. I will include the Yahoo Group link instead. Yahoo Group 4 1975 Tiller 7-1252 (fits C-160) PDF file
