Operator 7 #26 Posted February 3, 2010 And waaaaay back when I was little I bought a Rugg lawn tractor/mower. Randy I'm going to look at a Rugg Carpet Cut on Saturday. I remember it was red, fiberglass hood, recoil start around 6hp. In order to adjust deck you had to loosen 2 bolts on each side then slide deck up/down then retighten bolts. Around $350.00 to buy it new. If you look at it could you take pic? It would be fun to see! Randy

Stress Test Pullin 0 #28 Posted February 3, 2010 Not to derail, but what motor does this cub have in it? Didn't they put 3 cylinder Kubotas in them for a while? Yep, it's a Kubota D600 3-cylinder engine. Only 15 hp, but they must be big horses. It pains me to admit this, but this CC is a nice machine. Steve ive always wondered if i could make one of these sit side ways in a horse lmao B)
Ken B 3,164 #29 Posted February 3, 2010 I've owned and restored many a brand, heres a few samples. These were total and complete rebuilds, top to bottom, soup to nuts. Rebuilt motors, all new wiring, rebuilt steering boxes. The list goes on, no stone left unturned. A proper restoration takes a long time!
