Irv 115 #1 Posted January 28, 2010 There's a couple guys selling pto pins on ebay for $3.49 and $4.99. I stopped in at the John Deere store today (to visit a friend), and they had an assortment of different sizes at $1.00 or less.

rmaynard 15,421 #3 Posted January 28, 2010 Now you're learning the secrets of eBay. Buy cheap, and resell on eBay to buyers who are too lazy to do their homework. Glad you did yours. Bob
rickv1957 72 #4 Posted January 28, 2010 Yes that does happen on ebay, but on the other hand some nice things can be found reasonable,Rick
rmaynard 15,421 #5 Posted January 28, 2010 You are right Rick. I've gotten many good deals for myself, and others where I turned right around a resold at a good profit. Bob

Dresden Guy 24 #7 Posted January 28, 2010 Yes, I would agree with Rick....as long as you know exactly what you're looking for and have done some research before bidding, you can make some great EBay buys. I always read the reviews on the seller, and I won't buy from anyone whose rating is below 99%, and I also check to see if their "negative" feedbacks are more recent or in the past. The biggest thing I see on EBay is trying to deviously word an item description to make it sound like OEM, when it's not. Beware. People call Ebay "FeeBay", and Craiglist "FreeBay". Either way, proceed knowing it's "CAVEAT EMPTOR"!! Irv 115 #9 Posted January 28, 2010 I also agree with you guys. I've gotten some good buys and certain items not to be found easily any where else on ebay. I just like to pass along info on items I see priced right that some of us may need, like the arnold seats at Lowes a while back.
