Messin with the 702

The other day at work I stumbled onto this seat back on an old office chair, so I figured I'd make it work on the 702. It didn't take too much to get it to work. I dyed the cushion white and painted the rear of the seat red.

Its actually comfy. I don't think it looks to out of place.

The lights I added a few months ago, I'd like an original set but these will do. I think the lights themselves might be what was used by the factory. They are N.O.S. lights my friend gave me and he told me they are from the 60's. He gave me a few sets still in the box, I'll save them for future reference.

Nice tractor.

I like the seat back rest.

The lights you have look like US-400 lights I put an NOS set on one of my tractors. They are correct for the HL-5 (exactly like the PM-401). Just make a light bar, remove the pivot bracket with the carrage bolt and run a 1/4" allen screw through the bracket on the light with a spacer into a 1/4" nut welded into the light bar and you are set!
