Rideawaysenior 25 #2 Posted January 27, 2010 Although the manufacturer probably did make rebuild kits for your machine, rebuild kits can also be obtained by taking measurements of the piston, and cylinder tube. There really isn't much to the pistons other then Orings and a wiper at the outside end and they are all pretty generic. It also may be worth your while to send it to a hydraulic shop and have them do it, as you should hone the tube and bottle brushes like what they have are on the expencive side. What I'm trying to lead into is, by the time you get all the parts and tools you need to do this, you might have spent enough time and money to justify a shop doing it. I sent out the two loader arm pistons to a local shop out by me and it cost me $60.00 per piston to rebuild. Just my two cents.

rickv1957 72 #4 Posted January 28, 2010 I agree with the others that a hyd shop would be the best way to go,money well spent,Rick

pfrederi 17,644 #6 Posted January 28, 2010 Are you sure your loader hydraulic pump has two belts??? Most had one belt for the pump..the other belt maybe for the rear PTO. Is it a wheel horse loader or something homemade... Mine lifted much better after a new belt and tension adjustment.
