Messin with the Work Horse 700.

When I bought the Work Horse it was missing the front block out plate and the recoil. ( I know the plate has a proper term but I won't even try too spell it) I've been cruisin Epay for a few weeks hoping one would show up, nadda. I'm probably better off because they've been gettin pricey lately. A few weeks ago I purchased a Wheel Horse key ring off epay and it came with a cool little rubber Wheel Horse emblem. I decided today too put the emblem too good use. I cut a a piece of eighth inch plexi too shape and painted it white. The emblem comes in a purple color so I detail painted it with a brush and glued it on. Not the fanciest thing in the world but it sure looks better than a gaping hole. While I was at it I thru on the new recoil, some ag tires and the snow blade as well. The Tecumseh HM 80 runs so well now you'd ALMOST mistake it for a Kohler.

Ken,

I would say you should give it a quick paint job if you are looking to sell. Either way you know you will be happier for going it. Looks better with the ags. ps- If you need an extra set of 6/12 rims I have a set you can have. Not the best but if you can make use of them they are yours.

I think I might have too hide it under the deck in the backyard. I'll put Coles Grave Digger monster truck in the basement and I'll put this where that was, under the cover. The wife will never know! Its funny how we sometimes get attached to these lil red tractors.

Ken, its looking good! Glad to hear your having good luck with that Techy! And I always wanted one of those Grave Digger monster trucks when I was younger :banghead: But I have a honda odyssey, another go cart, and a Polaris Trail boss now so I think I have enough :WRS: .

Well its not quite an HL-5 light kit but it works for me. With the HM-80's carb and air cleaner in the way I had too allow for clearance. I made them higher for the same reasons as the HL-5 kit looks a little low with a snow blade? It took me about 45 minutes to do. I'll paint the pipe red tomm. I'm just looking too light the way if it should ever snow in CT.
