MalMac 1,331 #1 Posted January 18, 2010 On my 520 the hydro. control valve appears to be leaking right at the plunger or what you might call the valve slide. Is it easy repairable or is getting a whole new or atleast a good replacement call for. Tim Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
stevebo-(Moderator) 8,330 #2 Posted January 18, 2010 I just had the same problem with mine 2 weeks ago and I have to say it is not easy getting that thing out of there. I was lucky enough to have Karl (Nylon) have an extra that was in good working order and got it to me. I am not sure what it takes to rebuild but imo I would find one in good working condition and just change the o rings in the line rather than trying to rebuild it. I know they do make a kit.
