Can Anyone ID This Dash Panel?

In my search for the elusive NOS B-100 Dash Panel, I came across this one.

Does anyone know exactly which model this is from?

I have highlighted the embossing with chalk to make it more visible. Otherwise, this one appears to have been all black with no highlights.

That dash panel was used on the "B" series tractors and maybe the "C" series as well.

I realize that your looking for a NOS dash Bob but whats wrong with yours? Looks good and doesnt seem to be cracked in the picture .

The other one you showed is definitly off a Kohler powered machine as a "C" series with a Briggs did not have a slot for the choke.

bob i got this same dash on a 77- b-80 1978 c-81 and a 1979 c-121

if you got this dash on your 1977 b-100 what is the elec clutch use for .

after looking again the b-80 dash is differ ,it doesn't have the hole drill out for a light switch.

The B-100 dash in the picture does not show that it is warped. Also, the embossing has been silver-foil leafed. I don't know how well it will hold up.

Guaranteed-original, one-owner 1976 B-80 dash with both toggle switch holes plugged with the correct plastic plugs:

I can't remember if my 1975 B-80 had the electric clutch switch hole or not. :thumbs:

I also believe these dash panels were interchanged on some of the very same models. I have a dash with holes for all options that came off a B-100 and also pulled a matching one off a B-80. They could have been swapped out at one time or another as I wasn't the original owner nor did I acquire them from the original owner.

All of the ones that you guys have shown pictures of are different. The one I am asking about has no cigarette lighter hole, no electric clutch hole, and no rabbit or turtle symbols.

My B-100 dash does have the holes for the lights and clutch, but they are plugged like in the picture that "TT" attached.

You wouldn't believe how fast....

No, just a push button on/off switch. Judging by the look of the other dash panels, I don;t think it is OE. Nothing connects to it and there is nothing on the tractor to power with it.

Bob,your original dash looks good,cant see how it is warped in picture but you can use a heat gun and maybe straighten out,has worked great for me,also all dash panels were highlighted when new,Rick

I have tried heating it and putting a reverse stress on it, but it keeps going back to the same old bow. I know it doesn't look all that bad, but because of the location of the bow, it is going to catch dirt and water. I guess I could use some glue and glue it to the back plate.

I'm still thinking hard about the NOS panel that you have.

That dash was used on the 1978 and 1979 C-series tractors. I have that same one on each of my C161's.

I have thought about putting it in a oven on a flat surface. Anyone try this?
