My $50 score today

Recommended Posts

Shuboxlover

As if I needed another deck (or two) I just couldn't pass this up, everything in the pic I got for $50.

(2) mule drives

(1) complete pto/clutch assembly with engine drive pulley

(1) brand new deflector chute

(1) standard rear hitch

misc brackets

(1) 42" sd deck

(1) 42" rd deck

Both decks are obviously used, but were not abused....there is absolutely no rust through, just surface rust.

I may sell one or both, if there is interest.

Ya, I couldn't believe my ears when he said that, he was probably one of the nicest elderly men I have ever met, kind of reminded me of my grandpa. But he said he had no use for them and wanted them gone.

RD is a 1979

SD is either a 86 or 87.

Shubox,

Wow. . . I'd really be interested in one of those decks, especially the RD, but

Nebraska is way too far away. Any chance of you coming to central NY????

Some of us want to know how old elderly is. At that price you could be charged with exploitation of the elderly, I think. Just kidding. Nice find. I had an elderly gentleman (older than me) give me a tractor (not a Wheel Horse) this week. Would not take any money for it. Just wanted it gone. I bet that is what my wife does with my tractors when I am gone.

If I had to guess....he was very close if not 80, but is still as spry as someone half his age....so sorry, no exploitation

What would shipping be to central NY???
