pond195520032003 27 #1 Posted January 13, 2010 my brother has a NOS late 60's or early 70's allis chalmers chain saw model 75! never been started, or had gas in it(still has the grease on the chain) and a oil film on the complete unit! we are just trying to figure out what something like this might be worth(an idea, not holding anyone too anything) i know its hard to put a price on just about anything!! it does have a couple paint chips and 1 screw in the recoil cover is missing.. serial no.-25288513/ bar no.- 087144028 here are some pictures of the saw Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I know nothing about these saws but from a strictly financial perspective using the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics inflation calculator at http://data.bls.gov/cgi-bin/cpicalc.pl If it was $40 in 1970 then that equates to $223.02 in 2009 dollars.
