have a chance to purchase a farm-ette tractor it is complete with deck? I seached the web no one seems to have much info.this is a tom moore built not a farmett home built tractor.

Cant be sure but think I sold that tractor perry. I had one that I painted the rims red and put 3 ribs on then sold it. Dont think I even have pictures of it now.

More I looked at it that was the tractor I sold. Cant remember what it sold for but it wasnt a large amount. It ran and drove but had no attachments.

the tractor I have a chance at,is complete original running tractor.has been kept inside all its life.paint is fair,but it has very straight sheet metal.

the picture of that farmette is at a friend of mines house, he also painted the wheels and added new tri ribs! thats in albany ohio :thumbs:

Id just about bet that one came from me. You sure he didnt buy it with the three ribs already on it? I had also put a new chain on the drive and kind of looks like a new chain there.

If the price is right, buy it. I can't say if it's worth a lot or will ever be worth a lot but there aren't many around and there's always somebody who will want to buy it if you get tired of it.

Forget how long its been since I sold my Farm ette. Could have been 3 years to maybe even 5 years ago. If he got it from me it was up near Wapak.

The tractor was kind of fun to drive. Only seen a few others since and they did have a bit newer looking version. As the others said at a good price its a nice find.

anything old is worht $. just have to find the correct buyer. if the farm-ette is cheap i would buy it and ebay it. or heck you might like it and keep it.

I restored a Farmette last year and couldnt find much info on it. What I did

find out is that they were bought out by the Lambert company and then

became the Hunter company. It was a fun little tractor. Wish I knew more

about it.
