Stigian 1,234 #1 Posted December 20, 2009 Not wanting to intrude on Tony's thread I thought id start my own.. In parts of Kent, we woke up to 8 inches of snow on Friday morning which is the heaviest snow fall here in many years, in fact I can't remember the last time we had snow in December!! Even getting the 312 with snowplow out of the Workshack was fun, this is with the snowplow lifted to it's full height!! A quick drive down the track to take in the nice looking fields. Then to work Job done

Ken B 3,164 #6 Posted December 20, 2009 Here they were predicting over a foot. All I got was a fluffy 4 inches or so. Its always more fun when the snow is deeper and a little heavier, I love the sound of the Kohler when she has too sweat a little.

Stigian 1,234 #9 Posted December 31, 2009 Those cars are in need of a clean out. Lol, there was not much point in cleaning around those cars Bitten, the blue (and white) one hasn't moved for al least 6 months and the green (and white) one has been in the same place for getting on 2 years now!! your tractor is working as good as it looks. Looks like your tractor does a great job! Thanks Tom and Rick The strengthened snowplow/blade thingy worked much better than last year, it feels much more solid. The new (almost) LSD trans helped a lot as well.. With the filled rear tires I only had the wheels spinning once which was only due to me stopping while pushing a large amount of snow to take a photo!! I needed a "run up" to get the mound of white stuff moving again Nice looking pictures Ian...glad to see that first snowfall is getting spread around...very special stuff. Thanks Steve, yep snow is very special stuff Shame it has all gone now, but they are forecasting sleet/snow over night and tomorrow here so there may be more plowing/seat time coming up I love the sound of the Kohler when she has too sweat a little. I'm with you there Ken, I only wish I could of got a video of me snowplowing just so you could all hear the engine working hard.. It's music to the ears you have more than us in canada, near toronto anyways. Plenty of winter time left for you to have more snow Don.. Hi Ian, we have had about 3 inches so far tonight, it looks like you will be getting some too. Our tractors will be busy tomorrow!
