i have a raider 12 i want to use a moldboard plow a tiller and some other attachments are these hard to lift with a manual lift if so how can i make it easier to lift?has anyone tried to made a helper spring? are the electic lifts built to last and where would i find one and how much do they cost? i would think a moldboard plow or tiller would get heavy having to lift it at the end of each row. thanks dale

they made a spring assist for the tilers and sowblowers, I've seen the electric lifts bring pretty good money before, my moldboard plow is easy to lift, the tiller gets heavy, after while, I need to get a spring for it.

if you can get an electric lift it is the way to go. i like the electric better then my hydro lifts. i have not noticed much help out of helper springs, i put one on with the tiller and lift seams to work just as hard as with out it.

I just bought an electric lift actuator for wheelhorse on ebay to put

on my c-125 8 speed. had to give 241.00 dollars for it. WHEW I hope

it is worth it. I use this tractor mostly in garden with moldboard plow

and a tiller. Both are heavy and hard to lift. hope this takes some of

the work out of it. I also found out it takes a completly different rock

shaft and a special bracket to mount to frame and a different side

panel that is thicker because of thicker part than a cylnder. How does

everything that seems so simple get to be complicated? Oh well just

another challenge. Once I get parts rounded up and installed I will do

a post on how well it works

jtmoyer/ did you add the electric lift or was it already on your

tractor? I just bought a wheelhorse electric actuator and would like

to install on my c-125 8. if installed yourself could use any tips you

might have. thanks
