Shuboxlover 479 #1 Posted December 11, 2009 Are the Wheel Horse Trailblazer 7's desirable and/or collectible. There is one listed on Craig's list in my town for $250. He sent me pictures of it, it appears to be in really good to excellent condition with tire chains. Here is a pic of it Attached Image (Click thumbnail to expand)
kajamo240 3 #2 Posted December 11, 2009 Very cool! It's cool to see the other things that Wheel Horse made other than their tractors sometimes. Snowmobiles especially!

kajamo240 3 #4 Posted December 11, 2009 Good piece of history but I wouldn't pay $250 for it.... You're better off buying a blower for your tractor. :notworthy:
CasualObserver 3,410 #5 Posted December 11, 2009 I have and use a Trailblazer 5... used to have a 7 too, but I sold it... didn't need two of them. Bought/sold each for in the neighborhood of $50-75. I see them advertised often around me for anywhere from $100-200 for decent looking, supposedly running units, same as most older used snowblowers. It's been a decent unit for me, the teccy motor is getting a little temperamental... it may get a new motor before the season's up. Other wear items like Belts and Springs are still available through Toro, even new plastic belt guards last time I looked.
Ken B 3,165 #6 Posted December 11, 2009 The unit looks clean. If it runs nice thats not a bad price. I'd rather have a walk behind blower than one mounted on either of my tractors.
stevasaurus 23,063 #7 Posted December 11, 2009 Around me (the Chicago area) that would go for around $150...walk-behinds work better for the smaller lots around here. That is a clean machine though.
