tarcoleo 119 #4 Posted November 13, 2009 Horsebreaker, As a lover of all things English when it comes to machinery, and especially race cars, I have admired the ingenuity of backyard mechanics in your country. The "C" series WH tractors are a marvel of simplicity and design. I can't help thinking that there is a craftsman somewhere near your backyard who would love to help you keeping your tractors running. They are a pleasure to work on and lend themselves to improvisation in maintenance. So hang in there, be creative, and keep those horses in the barn or working out on the lawns, but not out in the pasture. Electro12WH 50 #6 Posted November 13, 2009 Tarcoleo is right! A tensioner pulley doesn't have to be exactly that size and I don't use WH drive belts. I buy them from a tractor supply co. Just be sure and use the premium belts. They're gray colored and have a fabric appearance to them.
