Well I run in to a chore on this front wheel Iwanted to put a new tire on it. So I removed the wheel, removed bearings, cleaned the old grease out.proceded to remove tire :notworthy: I finally had to cut it of the rim there was about a pint of water inside. Boy what a job but I got it cut off, cleaned up the wheel, put new valve in,also new Zerk fitting.Got tire on ,what a job it was but every thing is ok now. A couple more pictures

I hooked all the wireing up to see if I could spin the engine over. run a jumper cable from another tractor, hit key to spin over, nothing!!!!!!! so I jumpered all the safety switches :notworthy: spun over that means I have bad switches some where.

Tried starting the engine sqirted gas in the carb, nothing not one pop. I have spark I have one of those spark testers. So I took the head off, guess what I have a stuck exhaust valve, stuck in the open position,so I spin engine over by hand it would open but would not close all the way. So I gave both valves a shot of carb cleaner, then whacked the exhaust valve with a leather hammer I have, it closed I kept working at it for a while, they seem to be opening and closeing ok now. I gave them a good wire brushing, dumped a bunch of oil on them also down in the cylinder. I think this engine has been worked on before,or it came from factory this way. The piston has .010 stamped on it. I have more pictures!!

I may have to put new wires in, some have ben cut at some or other. There is no fuse from the charging system. On my C-105 there is a 20 amp blade fuse on it. Anyone got any suggestions?? :notworthy:

Have you got it running yet? How does that carb look? I have had to clean the carbs on all three of my Horse's when I got them( still working on one of them :notworthy:). It looks like you are doing a very good job, keep up the good work.

I haven't got it to start yet, I have spark to the plug. Normally I can get them to fire by sqirting some gas into carb, but it will not work on this one. Maybe when I get my new starter installed ( should be here tomorrow) and a new battery it will start. if it don't I will have to do something else. :notworthy:
