My tractors

Recommended Posts

Don1977

My tractors come in different colors so I had to post the two I have over here.

First My C-120 with a 16 HP Briggs & Stratton V Twin. The other John Deere 430 29.6 HP 5 speed the last year of the Two Cylinders. It's was my dad's old tractor. Put two rear tires on last spring and converted it to 12 volts with a single wire Chev. alternator.

I have a plow, disk, cultivators, planter, blade, and bush hog for the JD.

Don always liked the looks of your Horse with the B&S transplant, & heavy duty front spindles.

Your JD is really cool though.

Thanks for shareing....always neat to see other machines members have. :scratchead:

Don, how hard was that engine transplant? Could we get a shot or two of the installation. Was the motor an e-bay find or was it purchased specifically for the project? Sorry for all the questions, I've got a C-111 that has an aluminum block and it's shot and was thinking about going with the Briggs transplant. That way I wouldn't have to mess with a different PTO. Thanks in advance.
