Mickwhitt 5,014 #3 Posted Friday at 08:54 PM Apparently the tractor was scratch built as none of the 9 originally built have survived. You boys have purdy big fields out there to need such equipment. 2

I've had the opportunity to see Kory Anderson's 150hp Case. He is a good down to earth guy that built a very impressive machine, In Case you did not find the build video. 2

You oughta see it go on a pulling track. Show we go to every year brought it in two years in a row. Costs like 75k to get it not including transportation cost. 3

Mickwhitt 5,014 #8 Posted Saturday at 07:34 AM Someone posted it on a model engineering website over here, just in case anyone wanted to build a scale replica. The engine would be ok, but imaging making all the plows lol.
Streetrodchev 861 #9 Posted Saturday at 11:07 AM I made the trip out to their home show at Andover, SD in 2021. Then in 2023 and 2024 it came to one of my local shows at Burnett, WI IMG_9410.mov

WHX?? 50,698 #11 Posted Saturday at 01:41 PM Short story is they found the blueprints in a basement and he built it off of that. He had to buy a foundry and a machine shop to do it. Still boggles the mind that he made all of the parts for a one off machine. 6 hours ago, Mickwhitt said: build a scale replica. What would be cool is if they made a plastic model kit of it. Will haveta get a t shirt for ya Mick ... bet you would be the only one in the UK to have one!
Streetrodchev 861 #12 Posted Monday at 01:43 PM (edited) Case still has the blueprints, Kory went there to copy them, then spent a lot of time converting it to cad, before starting the actual build. There was one boiler remaining (in Arizona) that a farmer was using as a water tank, it was purchased and is now in Andover, SD. The serial number was taken from that original boiler and is now on the new 150. IMG_9423.mov Edited Monday at 01:44 PM by Streetrodchev 2
