Metal. Plastic I avoid as they are usually falling apart or will be soon.

Been a looooong time since I've seen even a generic cast iron / steel weight on the cheap.

My all time favorite "weight" I ever ran across. This ball and plate weighed close to 120LBS!!

There were 2 of these plates on the opposite side and they were about 60 lbs. apiece.

I ended up using them on HHHOOOWWWAAARRRDDD!!!

I have plastic weights on my 875 I use to plow my driveway. I know he wanted 100 for the Bolens set, not sure on what he wants for the other ones. Maybe I will get 1 set.

At that price I would buy as many as I could

Liquid filled tires, chains, and wheel weights weren't quite enough to push snow up my steep driveway so I added a weight box of sorts.

Last set of metal weights I bought were for that Cub 106 I had. Paid 60. Plastic weights front and back on my 875.

Would it help to plow DOWN the driveway? 😂

That is what I had to do without the added weight. Plow Down, drive back up with blade elevated, Plow Down,  repeat.
