Cub Cadet PTO clutch and bearing.

So my estate sale IHCC has been giving me troubles with the PTO. I took the hood off to get a good look at the PTO clutch. The pulley was not disengaging from the crank. Everything looked like it was working as it should from the outside so I decided to pull it off. Pulled of the clutch and I think I see my problem. The bearing was not spinning freely. I'm hoping the clutch doesn't need rebuilding. I'm going to try new bearing and collar first. Fingers crossed. Anyone rebuild one of these before?

I think my clutch is ok. I believe the bearing is the issue. It does not spin freely. Ordered the bearing and the collar.  Should arrive next week. I think there is still enough meat on the clutch plate and the springs seem to operate ok.
