Cub Cadet PTO clutch and bearing.

So my estate sale IHCC has been giving me troubles with the PTO. I took the hood off to get a good look at the PTO clutch. The pulley was not disengaging from the crank. Everything looked like it was working as it should from the outside so I decided to pull it off. Pulled of the clutch and I think I see my problem. The bearing was not spinning freely. I'm hoping the clutch doesn't need rebuilding. I'm going to try new bearing and collar first. Fingers crossed. Anyone rebuild one of these before?

I think my clutch is ok. I believe the bearing is the issue. It does not spin freely. Ordered the bearing and the collar.  Should arrive next week. I think there is still enough meat on the clutch plate and the springs seem to operate ok.

So the bearing arrived today and I got it installed.  PTO works great now. I didn't need to rebuild the clutch. The PTO would not disengage before. I also ordered a side panel that was missing and put it on. Now I am debating if I should take everything off the deck that's full of holes and transfer them over to the solid replacement deck or leave that task to its new owner. The longer I hang on to it the more work I do to it.

Thanks @peter lena it sure is solid. The longer i have it the more i keep working on it. Pretty soon it wont make sence for me to sell it. I was hoping i could sell it quickly. Now my focus is on the mower deck. The shell is full of holes. I have another very solid shell but the spindles, blades, tensioner pulley, spring, deck wheels, guards, hangers would all have to be swapped over. If i did all that it wouldn't make sense not to paint the deck as it was repainted the wrong color long ago.  Sooooooo if i did all that.....
