I would like to know  the value of my 314 H model 73403E with mower deck and snow blower attachment. The deck not pictured is in very good shape. don’t know the hours. Would have to go look again. But it starts every time and runs amazing!!

Local prices can be higher or lower than average depending on location. I would suggest looking on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace in your area to see what others are asking.

I think your setup is worth about $750.

Hours matter a lot as does user history.

Up to 1,000 hours -- no big deal. More starts to affect value.

How many different owners? Who serviced it? How often? How intensely was it used? Loose steering or tie rods? Oil state in engine and transaxle? Dirty air cleaner? any other damage?

These are things I look for and ask about as they indicate how well the machine has been looked after.

Around here that setup would range from asking $800 up to $1,200.

My grandfather bought it new. He passed and my dad had it. He passed in feb. always kept up on  service. Air cleaner has always been cleaned and has always been in great shape. Amd steering is not loose. It was used to only mow his yard which isn’t big. And clear the driveway. Ty for the reply.

Welcome to Redsquare!  Sorry for the loss of your father.  If you want to keep that rig there's plenty of people here who can help you with any questions you may have.  It's definitely worth keeping in my opinion.

I agree completely. I got focused on answering the question asked and missed the obvious!

The 314-H is a pretty desirable model with a nice blend of substantial power and ease of use. I should also have pointed out that the branded wheel weights (in good condition!) and the hub caps are clear value-adds. Often noted on this site is that a fair price is the one agreed between the buyer and the seller.

Of course, it can sometimes take a bit of time for a sale at a fair price and looking at Craigslist and Marketplace listings in your area will help you see what your market is like. Over the next two months, people will be coming into the market for garden tractors so if you have the option of being patient it’ll likely pay off for you.

Thx for all the replies. Yes the wheel weights and hub caps are in great shape. I got in contact with the dealer that sold it to my grandfather. He had serviced it when needed when my dad had it because he’s not mechanically inclined lol. I did the minor stuff to it. The guy said that 1200 is a very fair price for that machine. So that’s what I posted it for. I would love to keep it but have unfortunately have no place to put it. And I looked and the hrs are at 1237. Oh. And the cover for the flywheel is also with it.
