midpack 952 #1 Posted March 13 So, I found an 8 speed to swap into my 312-8. I'm going to assess the internal damage at a later date but I'm moving very soon and don't have time to investigate and repair right now. My question has to do with swapping rears and the high/low shift lever. The way it snakes through the frame and parking brake shaft looks close, and I would have to twist the rear to get it through. There's a roll pin holding the lever on, is that the trick? Drive the pin out and remove the lever? Any better way? Thanks Jack Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
