In addition to being a member, if you intend to sell more than a handful of items, the club asks that you also pay a seller fee that helps offset the cost of organizing the event. In addition to joining the WHCC, you may want to join the KGCFBC. Only $50 dues and you get a free 5 gallon bucket. I am the treasurer. Well what is the the clubs cut and what is a handful of items? Is the fee based on the stuff you sell or the total amount of money you made?

Is the fee based on the stuff you sell or the total amount of money you made? They're pretty relaxed about things down there. There's no "Club cut" for anything. I don't know of any other seller fee other than being a WHCC member. Just bring your stuff for sale and set it out there. If it's problem, they will simply talk to you and they'll always be more than fair. Most of us set WH stuff out there for sale without any issues at all or fees. There's a big difference between setting up a huge operation taking up a large amount of space than just a guy there unloading some extra tractor parts and stuff. Handy Don 13,166 #14 Posted Friday at 01:08 PM (edited) Very well said. My understanding (two years old) of the seller fee was that it was flat, modest, and related to the space you were using in one of the buildings. Also note that there is no charge for admission to the show or for parking. The only concession (food) is run by a non-profit. The entire operation is a very low-key endeavor. Once you’ve been there you can easily see the difference between the “casual” sellers (some stuff in and around a 10x10’ pop-up shading people in their lawn chairs and the tractors they brought to display) and the “business” sellers (truck and/or trailer loads of tractors and parts taking up half of a barn or more).
