With the 10.5s fit? It looks like there is plenty of room. 1050 tires will work on 7" rims but they need to be 4 plies then 10 psi or they will round up in the center of the tread. I have 23x1050 on 7" rims on my C-120, and 24x950 on my 1989 520-. Here is the 520-H with the 24x 950. C-120 on the right 520 center and modified 312-8 with 25x900 on the left. I removed mine during fall leaf cleanup, after a trip to the emergency room to get the bottom of my foot sewed up, I put them back on. That was about 30 years ago and I still have some numbness. Skwerl58 740 #31 Posted February 27 A tip for straightening the edges of your hood and dash tower. I use an open end 10" or 12" adjustable wrench and adjust it so the edge will be tight between the jaws. I slowly push or pull and add pressure to the wrench. Besides my numb skull, which is natural, I have numb fingers on my right hand after a 12' fall onto concrete. I'm hoping they will come back. Re: the defeated safety switch, I am putting it back. It's broken, thus the missing bolt hole. If I can find one inexpensively, I'll just buy it, along with the missing spring. If not, I'll weld a new piece on and drill the hole for the mounting bolt. Never try to remove a hub with one either, it will break the hub. A collar puller like you found the pic of is the correct way, sometimes if they're not rusted bad you can put 2 pry bars underneath the pulley & try to slowly "rock" the pulley off. I've done both but the puller is the way to go... Will it be safe to use one on that shaft? I'll remove the zerk fitting but I am worried about damaging the threads for the zerk. I'll hit up Advanced Auto and borrow one. Thanks! Another issue, I need a float bowl gasket. (Mine is getting old and hard.) My small engine shop says that they're no longer available.
