WHX?? 49,942 #1 Posted February 1 (edited) Not to early to get started @Ed Kennell? Real mild winter here & shed hunting today. Hard to fill those 12 doe tags i had when they are all named ... Missus dropped a bucket of bird sunflowers here. Pearl in the lilac bush supervising. Hauled a road kill? little guy to the river for eagle food. Set up a camera over it for possible pics. All my deer have yarded up for the winter and are located in a soy bean field a 1/4 mile down the road. Looks like about two dozen in the herd at night. They will break up and return when ready to drop the fawns in a couple months.
ebinmaine 69,748 #4 Posted February 1 We've been getting 3 to 6 through the lower yard near every night. The new wider more open area is definitely an attraction for them.
