kwalshy 236 #26 Posted January 27 Any one here experienced with the Quadrafire pellet stoves, specifically maintenance & reliability? I have been looking at other manufacturers to Harman, mainly due to the price tag for a new Harman.
cleat 6,911 #27 Posted January 28 No experience with Quadrafire but I currently own a Harman P43 and it is absolutely flawless. I ran a Whitfield Advantage for several years and while it ran without issues as well it did not put out the same amount of heat and you had to constantly adjust the draft also it was a bear to clean and you had to light it manually. The auto ignition of the Harman works perfectly as well.
kwalshy 236 #28 Posted February 26 Update, I decided to not go with wood pellet. I went with a coal stoker since I live in anthracite country. I'm looking forward to getting this installed and running at my Dad's house. Best Coal Stove Pioneer LE/TV- Leisure Line Stove Company 2
