peter lena 8,977 #4 Posted January 25 @Andrew hastie welcome ! while I am not familiar with your model / type , I am very familiar with belt drives , and related linkage / lever set ups . noticing your 2 pulley , IDLER SET UP , those pulleys are known to fail from lubrication failure should move with smooth / easy silence , and also every lever linkage movement point , its the COLLECTIVE BELT DRIVEN , DRAG THAT CAUSES FAILURES , EVERY STAGE OF IT CAN / SHOULD , ENGAGE / MOVE EASILY .ALSO EXCELLENT CHASSIS GREASING OPPORTUNITY , that wiring issue could be corrosion ,and related connection areas . would also check out any fuse areas , like a , ELECTRICAL ENHANCER , aerosol on connections , even GROUNDING AREAS ! good luck , pete Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
