Keaton 464 #1 Posted January 22 I got tires of fighting my last racing mower, I got to all hooked up and running and it wouldent move, so my new idea is I got a cheap motorcycle and its a 4-cylinder. 1981 Honda cbr750c, inline four, I got the bike this past Sunday and I got the stripped down, I got coils, put them on last night, waiting on intake boots and a starter. then once I get it to run I will pull the engine and go from there there's a rough kind of mach-up, I was just curious, I will take it out of the frame
Keaton 464 #2 Posted January 24 I got my frame extended and I have a bit more trimming to do, then once I get the bike going I will take it from the bike and put it in the mower
Keaton 464 #3 Posted January 27 it indeed will fit under the hood, with some more trimming , since the photo I did cut off the front steering stem part way, I just really hope it will run now that I've cut it all up
Keaton 464 #4 Posted 11 hours ago (edited) would anyone be intrigued if I told ya that I just got a gsx-r1000 for my new engine, the old one, had biggg compression problems, compression went 35,35,55,5 psi, and the cams were rubbing the buckets twice once on the lobe and onece about 90 degrees away, the motorcycle was layed down, needs a radiator and harness then should be good to go and a engine side cover, some new perks of my new engine would be, fuel injection, double the hp, newer, more cc, idk if water cooled it better or not but there's that and some other stuff, 4k more rpm. and some more gears Edited 11 hours ago by Keaton
