No problem removing side shield etc. Just wondering the correct procedure for removing belt from PTO? ri702bill 8,577 #3 Posted yesterday at 10:04 PM Jeff - You need to remove the right side footrest. The is a nut & bolt in the belt cover near the PTO. DO check the condition of the idler pulley & its ball bearing. It is a welded throwaway assembly - not riveted like that of the 1960's tractors..... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
