Thanks again for the help. I'm starting to think I should pull the motor and, at the very least, pull the pan and take a look inside. 

Attached is a video from before I replaced the valves and a photo of the compression. It was taken warm at full throttle, and right after the head was off, so there was oil around the cylinder.

I hoped it was an ACR issue, but I agree it is probably not.

First, I rotated the motor, looking for a lower spot in the cam, and did not find it.
I pulled the lifter up and pushed it down till it hit the cam, and the lifter moved smoothly.
Also, the taller lifter is the intake lifter, not the exhaust.
Lastly, the valve that came out had been shortened, too. 

I wonder if, at some point, that motor was set up for pulling or modified in some way for more power?
