JAinVA 4,629 #2 Posted December 24, 2024 I have yet to use Krylon Fusion paint on my tractors but I have I painted the winch bumper on my F250 with it. The paint seems to be consistent from can to can. The color I used was satin black. and the Krylon was more to my liking than Rust oleum.. I liked the outcome with the Krylon but your mileage may vary. ..

I buy Krylon when I can, like it much better than Rustoleum. The all in one primer / paint works good, but I still use a self etching primer first if I am using it on bare metal.

Bar Nuthin 703 #5 Posted December 25, 2024 I don't know that I've noticed a quality difference between Krylon Fusion and Rust oleum's Farm and Implement. One aerosol feature I will bump up is Rust oleum's 5 in 1 adjustable nozzle. On the wide fan setting you can lay down a really nice pattern if you're looking for a quality finished appearance. There's also a low volume setting that's nice for working in tight spots like wheels or corners. The dry time is pretty slow, though - which is nice for gloss but worse if you have a dirt problem or are impatient and wanting to handle the parts right away.
