Bar Nuthin 460 #3 Posted Thursday at 06:07 PM (edited) You'll need to research the specifications, but I think this SKF seal may be the equivalent. Amazon.com: SKF 9815 LDS & Small Bore Seal, R Lip Code, HM14 Style, Inch, 1" Shaft Diameter, 1.25" Bore Diameter, 0.125" Width : Automotive Edited Thursday at 06:13 PM by Bar Nuthin
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,090 #4 Posted Thursday at 07:13 PM The OD of the seal does not go into a bore. The OD is installed over the axle tube.

Back when I did my first two piece the 9815 could be had for 4 bucks and the 1257 was reasonable. Other ones are still affordable. Kinda the same thing with bearings. Me thinks seal manufactures are trying to capitalize on our addiction to horses ...

76c12091520h 3,668 #9 Posted 1 hour ago These seals are still available from Toro. Pricey- yes, but it is the ONLY source for them. I keep them in stock at all times. If you have a local Toro dealer that has some in stock they may sell them cheaper if it's old inventory that they are looking to dispose of and the only people using this part # is those of us collecting them.
