Brockport Bill 1,822 #1 Posted December 11, 2024 came across this part among other loose parts ( see photos ). I'm guessing it's a Snow Blower 'flag" - - does anyone know the blower model, or model #, or description, this may go to? OR.... if it's some other part, what it may be? Thanks, Bill
wallfish 17,484 #2 Posted December 11, 2024 @stevebo needs that part for his 2 stage blower which fits on the Xi series tractors. It's unique to those particular blowers. He could also use that chute handle support you posted in another thread.

Thanks was not sure what i was going to do with it --- yes, i would sell it - - first trying to identify its model it goes to ? I don't have a blower and my grandson's blower ( # 79360 ) is not a fit ? i also have the chute control turn crank rod that i see on partstree and toro site ( #51-2650 ) retail at approx $200 -- yikes !! also have that black plastic handle cover ( 40-8230 ) for the crank
Gravely Horse 19 #5 Posted December 12, 2024 If the rod is 3/4” diameter it’s for a 79365 42” single stage, if it’s 1” diameter it’ll fit stevebo’s 79366 44” two stage. Since it’s bent it’s probably for the 79366. Don’t know if they are supposed to be, but almost every one I’ve seen so far is bent.

Don’t know if they are supposed to be, but almost every one I’ve seen so far is bent. the end of the "flag" rod ( which is solid material ) is 1 inch width -- however, the inside diameter I.D. of the tube crank support is 3/4 inch with a O.D. of 1 inch - hope that helps Bill
OoPEZoO 559 #7 Posted December 12, 2024 Those are definitely for the 2-stage thrower off of a 5xi. They are identical to what is sitting in my garage that I measured for Steve a few weeks ago.
