Maynardb 3 #1 Posted yesterday at 05:58 PM (edited) Hi im working on a H55D that has been bored to .020 over. The bore looks good, but I lightly honed it anyway. My question is about the rings. Usually the third groove with the oil scrapers is the only one with an expander. I would guess that you have new after market rings. The new rings should have come with instructions as to ring orientation. Follow these instructions and use nothing from the old set. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
