choke cables for briggs engine

Briggs Stratton engine model number 252417-0664-01. on a GT1100 Wheel Horse. Cable broke at the end, Any ideas where I can purchase another? Bill on Cape Cod Mass. Thanks

If the Zee bend broke, the cable can be shortened and a new Zee bend made with a couple needle nose pliers.

Or, live large and buy an actual z-bend-maker plier!

 

If the break is at the choke or throttle control end, you’ll realistically be looking for the full part. Have you checked out our vendors in the Classified section at the top of the page?

Thanks for the advice.  I believe I might have sufficient room to create a new z-bend.
