Maynardb 3 #1 Posted November 24 Hi i have a Suburban tractor with the original looking H55d ( I know it is because it has pressure lubrication) and it’s missing the tag that rivets to the flywheel housing. oliver2-44 9,785 #2 Posted November 25 The Tecumseh H55 and h60 look identical on the outside. To my knowledge the only difference is the H55 had splash lubrication and the H60 had pressure lubrication. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
wallfish 17,023 #3 Posted November 25 You could try sending a PM to @formariz Cas for pic. The H55 does look different from the outside and has the pressure lube. There is a indentation in the block right near the PTO shaft. ( Covered by the belt guard on a WH.) The H60 is the splash lube engine and does not have that indentation on the block. Many parts are interchangeable between them like ignition parts. I don't have any more H55s as Cas got the last one a few years ago. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
