peter lena 8,878 #26 Posted December 29, 2024 @sjoemie himself thanks for the reply ! those surgeons are definite and inspiring , they love it when you show them that you want to get this done and finished . as I gained / improved , it was like opening a closed book , was comparing how I felt to gained movement . saw opportunities' everywhere , that regular , supermarket basket walk around , was an almost daily thing , also taught you how to stand up straight . therapists watch , look / see how you are doing . also started using a golds gym roller bar , on legs after walking , my daily cellar stair walks , outside deck work , has a very different response , than it used to . sleep with a 12x12 firm couch pillow , insuring leg / hip placement . thanks for the reply , staying as greasy as I can . pete 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
