MainelyWheelhorse 419 #1 Posted Tuesday at 11:04 PM (edited) Hi all, this popped up on the Facebook marketplace for cheaper than I’ve seen other ones go for that are legit examples. It says in the listing, it’s a Wheel Horse mid mount grader blade. I’m trying to figure out if it is or not. There is only one pic and I figured I’d ask the experts here before I considered looking into it. Thanks! I haven’t seen one for under $300 in rough shape when they do come up. When this came up it was $90 and local. I thought it could be a Toro/Case or other red tractor too. I'm thinking is an older Allis or Simplicity looks like one I had along time ago that one the blade was casted steel. It be came my first belly blade for my 753 still have it. I only used the blade and made my own frame. It weighs a lot more than my Nos Wheel Horse blade. Gives your arm a work out. Great down pressure. 953 nut 55,152 #6 Posted yesterday at 12:20 AM Nope! A person with a torch and welder could make it work. The older type 40" blade was attached to the mid mount and is pictured below. MainelyWheelhorse 419 #7 Posted yesterday at 12:20 AM @oliver2-44 Ok, after thinking about the placement of the Attach-o-matic mounts. It seems like it could be mounted off the mounts under the engine. It could be picked up and down by the lever that picks up and down the deck. It looks like it pivots too. Eriks Red horse herd 105 #11 Posted yesterday at 01:00 AM Here is my Allis , Simplicity blade made Wheel horse . It attaches to the rear attachmatic where you attach the snow blade. I used for years. The only thing you would have to add would be a way to pivot it from the seat. Although My four wheeler has a blade pivot like that and its not too hard to get it to work. Eriks Red horse herd 105 #14 Posted yesterday at 01:33 AM What I found when your using it angled. You find a way to not get off so much to angle it back . Use it that way. MORE SEAT TIME.
