WHX?? 48,853 #1 Posted November 16 @kpinnc needs one and I have this one just laying around doing nothing. Will it fit his tractor? I think he said it's a Bronco 12 ? He'll be along to confirm. Like to make sure he can use it and if its any good 'fore we go thru the time and expense to get it to him. 1 1/8 crank size. The coil measures about 40 ohms and it does go click clack when I throw the juice to it. The bearing seems abit noisy but hard to tell without spinning it 3600. If this is going on one of his tractors that he repoed may have to remake the side arm? Does 40 ohms sound about right for the coil? I didn't check to see if it was shorted to gnd. pfrederi 17,743 #8 Posted November 16 (edited) Most all WH Kohler big block cranks are tapped in the end 7/16 NF Will work fine for holding PTO on. Should bolt right on once in a while you need a small standoff spacer for the bracket. Most of my coils read 3.5-4.0 ohms...Your reading of 40 ....may have missread scale??? Outer bearing could be 6204NSL need to see face of the unit to be sure some older ones used a different outer bearing. inside (rear) bearing there are two types one is NLA but I thank you can use a newer one and some spacers.
