Did I install my receiver hitch correctly?

Recommended Posts

Got my receiver hitch from Wheel Horse Parts and More! It's super high quality and I'm real happy with the product.

Only issue is, it didn't come with any install instructions. I looked at the photos on the site and eBay listing, and it looks like the photos might be of a previous version, as there are 2 bolt heads shown on the top on each side, but no holes on top of mine.

I tried my best. Did I install this correctly?

I'll also be buying a plow and subsequently a rear axle bracket soon. When I install the bracket, how does that mesh with the hitch? Does anyone have install instructions or photos to help me figure it out?

Cheers guys, thanks for the help!

Looks correct.

Plow bracket will just bolt right on using same bolts. Won't need the lower cross bar with the two holes if memory serves...

Sorry no pic ...

You've got it right. As mentioned the plow bracket eliminates the need for the two bars on the bottom. That's why Lowell sells them with or without the hardware. Great receivers. :)
