stevebo-(Moderator) 8,575 #1 Posted November 10, 2024 I purchased a 2 stager 2004 5xi two stage blower. It is missing a few parts like jack shaft and chute angle rod. If you have a 5xi two stager could you please provide me with some pics and measurements so I can fabricate these parts? Obviously if you have these parts and want to sell please let me know as well. I have an ad in want section as well. Parts are showing as no longer available on line. Thank you!

Heat of the summer and kids soccer season took the wind out of my productive sails. Enough so that there is still a wheel sitting in my electrolysis tank, but most of the water has evaporated. I need to get back on that. I’d love to have him fixed up enough to bring him to the show next year, but that’s probably wishful thinking.
OoPEZoO 578 #5 Posted November 10, 2024 @stevebo.......Hopefully this will help. I just noticed you also asked for the tube crank support. I'll go back out and get some dimensions of that as well. If you need more pics or info, I'm glad to help where I can Not to scale, but I believe I got all the important measurements in there Jack shaft Flag Chute hand crank
OoPEZoO 578 #6 Posted November 10, 2024 Here is the guide pipe for the hand crank You could be pretty sloppy with this and it would still work fine if you were making your own. Its a 1" thin walled pipe with the last 2" crushed flat with a 9/16" hole drilled for the crank shaft to pass through. The angle of the bend is 150 degrees, and the set screw at the bottom is 2" from the end of the pipe 1
stevebo-(Moderator) 8,575 #7 Posted November 11, 2024 Thank you so much! This will help me fab if I cannot find oem.
Gravely Horse 19 #8 Posted November 12, 2024 I’m glad I saw this post. For the single stage blower, it apparently uses a flag with 3/4” rod instead of 1”. Are the dimensions of the flag the same aside from that?

Gasaholic 333 #13 Posted September 24 Dagnabbit.. about a year too late - last year I had a complete snowblower in used condition with everything , and couldn't sell it so tore it down and scrapped it - I'd have gladly sold you the whole shebang for a $100 bill - you'd have had tom come and get it but I still have a box of smaller useful parts and pieces along with the mule drive for it - I was going to de-grease em and list them on ebay , but shipping's so expensive these days I just never bothered. But if anyone's interested , I got a garage full of old used parts (wheel horse, farmall, and some unidentified flywheels and other "junked" parts I just havent cleaned out of the shop yet , but they're headed for dumpster or scrap pickup when I get around to it plus my 1948 farmall cub (with single bottom plow, sickle bar mower and disk harrow) for sale, if someone wanted to come by and pick through the shop and make offers on stuff , just give me a holler. Im way out in the boondocks, an hour from nearest interstates (I-99/US-15 or I-86) but right smack dab off of US-6... Oh yeah probably can dig through my old tool collections (So much stuff I've accumulated over the years and just never use it any more - even have an antique Growler for those who like old tools & stuff like that..) I'm disabled, got a bad back, so I wouldnt be much help with any lifting / loading
