so i use it more when working around the tractor, rather than driving it, but i have a JBL clip Bluetooth speaker. usually just slide it over the PTO shaft/switch. what have yall done?

wobble-pop holder and small tool box could be useful too.

i know some models had some toolboxes available. the more i type....

how about a small tool box, with a radio and speaker or 2, possibly with a cup holder?

modern single dins are pretty small, but what about just 12v Bluetooth receiver, with speaker outputs? that would not even need to be seen. don't want to bolt bulky/unsightly box to tractor

For me, the BEST "music" is the tune carried by a sweet running Kohler K181.

Jake typically sings whenever I crank anything. Hard to hear much over him…

I use these 3M headphones. These are Am/Fm only. Not super loud, can still hear the tractor or leaf blower.

HF cheapos for me... no music. They cut the peak noise down a lot , protect my ears, but still let me hear what's running and what's around me... :twocents-twocents:

I generally use noise cancelling headphones from the jungle.  $50 lasts about 4 years.  That’s a pretty decent return

Tried the Bose noise cancelling with some tunes but I had to crank up the music more than I liked to hear it clearly. Went back to 3M 30db ear protectors and my. own thoughts.

I just sing. Nobody can hear me over the engine, so it's the perfect time to not annoy others with my terrible singing.

On a tractor I listen to... the tractor.

That comes from decades of listening to the machines at work.

A. Because we need to hear the machine.

B. Because it's illegal to use headphones unless in direct communication with a Signal Person.

In the shop on rare occasion I'll crank up whatever "What are you listening too" CD has cost me a few bucks.

I have a 90s HiFi setup out there and another here in the house.

Those are great headsets... you can still hear the environment around ya while listening to music or talk radio. Someone needed mine more than I did so they're MIA right now but I am definitely gonna replace them at some point.

So i have some samsung earbuds with noise canceling that I use on my grass cutter, early 2000s exmark commercial walk behind. While on tractor I listen to the sound of dinosaurs being converted into work. I like yalls input. I am considering building a boom box, with cup holder and a small tool storage compartment. That is my goal. Transferable between the herd so far it's 3xx, 4xx, and 5xx series... this will utilized while working around the horse. Splitting wood, loading/unloading, chilling with neighbor having liquid refreshments.... not loud at all. My BT speaker handles the radio portion, but I figure y not?....

I have my IPhone set on 80 db and I have no problem hearing my music.

80 db won’t hurt your hearing, and I can still hear my mowers engine.
