fourwheelhorseman 271 #1 Posted yesterday at 02:30 AM It seems complete but needs a few things. It’s an 8speed, I’m pretty excited to have it, especially for as little as I paid for it. It needs a choke cable, front tire and a gas cap. The guy said it ran good when he parked it around 5 years ago. I’ll work on in the next couple of weeks and report back. 4

I now have dedicated tractors for a tiller, snowblower with cab and a mower. This could be the start of a sickness!😬 2

But it is a Kohler so it will be running in no time. Nice looking tractor, keep us posted on your progress. 2

It has the flip up seat pan with latch, I’m not sure when they stopped doing that, but my 75 hydro has the style where the seat itself flips up to acsess the dipstick for the hydro fluid. I’m guessing a 73-74?

I’m guessing a 73-74? C Series started in 74. Yours is most likely a 74 or 75 but could be a very early 76.

So to clarify, my 1974 has exactly the same set up as my new one, my hydro model has the rear fender that doesn’t lift up, but the seat does to expose the hydro dipstick, is that a hydro thing? Or a year/model thing?
